By 1987they were sailing together. At this time Gyuri Holovics made a model of the boat in his garden. From this model ware made the “brothers” of Tabu called Vita and Domino. Pimpi Perjés chose Vita so Tabu became only dr. Kollár’s from 1987. The boat’s first professional renovating was made in Géza Soponyai’s workshop in 1993. When it was put on water again it had a landing place in Balatonaliga for a while but when Dénes Bartos started to build up Kenese Marina Port Tabu was almost the first boat which had a place there. In 1995 it got an inbuilt diesel motor. By 1999 the plastic boat seemed so disappointing.

At this time Csaba Pálinkás had already restored there plastic hulls with great results. Tabu had already got to the Picula-workshop in that year where they made a total restoration. The hull got mahogany planks with more layer of epoxy protection. In details it got teak panels and a new deck cover. The wonderful mast was made in the Garab-workshop. Finally the boat got that amazing look which we can see nowadays.
