In case of wood boats
In case of older wood boats it’s a general problem that the inbuilt wood frame loses its strength, gets mouldy and need to be replaced. In this case the boat not only loses its aesthetic value but it loses its construction’s stability. Common problem is the leaking which makes the most boats inadequate for sports. The most used method is the diagonal planking. With this technology the body of the boat will be resistant to different forces in each sides, it makes the boat stable, well-built and sailable.
The body of the boat will be lighter and more stable in its frame. Through this mechanism the boat gets three-layered veneer cornerwise on the hull then with a watertight laminating under the waterline we provide the perfect tightness.
In case of traditional planking the dry-rotten and damaged parts are replaced with the same material as the hull’s. For UV- resistant lacquering happens with the most modern special two-component lacquer in every case. The process of lacquering is always made with great care and high expertise to obtain the perfect aesthetic appearance.
In case of plastic boats:
In each case the plastic boats the part which needed to be repaired are unfolded first then get to be laminated with the same material as the hull. The construction can be traditional fiberglass, epoxy sandwich or epoxy cell sandwich as well. For polishing the surface mostly used the International Perfection according to the clients’ needs.
